What You Will Experience In This Position

Lead multiple prefabrication projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining strong, professional communication throughout the project lifecycle. Interpret complete construction documentation, including electrical drawings, specifications, and contracts. Develop and lead project schedules, aligning prefabrication work with field installation timelines. Apply National Electrical Code (NEC) and local code requirements to ensure compliance and standard processes in design and execution. Possess a solid understanding of electrical materials and the ability to identify appropriate components for prefabricated assemblies. Identify and submit clear, concise Requests for Information (RFIs), including all relevant context to expedite resolution. Lead the electrical design of prefabricated systems, including component selection, layout development, and raceway routing. Understand and interpret electrical single-line diagrams to support prefabrication planning and coordination. Use Bluebeam Revu to review, mark up, and collaborate on project drawings and documents. Collaborate closely with the CAD design team to produce complete, accurate installation packages for field use. Coordinate shop production schedules and forecast material and labor needs to meet project achievements. You Have

High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited electrical trade school preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction, with a strong background in commercial or mixed-use projects. Validated experience leading projects or running crews in the field. Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and electrical materials. Prior experience with prefabrication processes and workflows is highly preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Bluebeam Revu. Familiarity with drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or SolidWorks is a plus, but not required.
