We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scenic Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of scenic elements for live events, theatrical productions, exhibitions, and themed environments. The ideal candidate has a background in scenic design or fabrication and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Responsibilities: Manage the lifecycle of scenic projects from concept through completion Coordinate with designers, fabricators, vendors, and clients to ensure successful delivery Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production timelines Conduct site visits, supervise installations, and ensure quality standards are met Solve logistical and technical challenges in real-time during fabrication and load-in Manage procurement of materials and track inventory Ensure all work complies with safety standards and client specifications
