As a Senior Manager in our Technology Practice, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, supervising the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions, overseeing program/project management, developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements, demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and strong business acumen in Order-to-Cash domain, consistently delivering quality client services, leading client workshops and meetings, leading and inspiring diverse teams, generating new business opportunities, and encouraging and supporting the professional development of team members. To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills that will allow you to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional results. You will work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities, initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, and complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution. Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. To qualify for the role, you must have a Bachelor's degree; a Master's degree is preferred. Typically, 5 - 7 years of relevant experience. At least eight years of experience working within SAP Order-to-Cash; deep functional and technical experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) modules in SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC, with the ability to design, solution, configure, implement, and document complex WRICEF objects. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills. Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams, with strong project management expertise and a successful track record in delivering SAP projects and managing project-based teams. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions. Skills in training design and delivery. Ability and comfort-level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies. A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you'll also have experience in leading teams and managing change effectively. Prior consulting industry experience. SAP certification(s). A knack for building and managing client relationships.
