Shuttle Dispatcher Supervisor

Position: Shuttle Dispatcher Supervisor Location: Anchorage International Airport Pay: $22/hour Schedule: 11pm to 7am (The availability to work weekends is required) A valid driver's license is required for this role. The Dispatcher Supervisor supervises and coordinates all training of all positions for the entire operation, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and efficiency are achieved. This position is responsible for responding quickly to customers' requests and providing caring interactions with all guests at their assigned location. The Dispatcher works closely with fellow team members, Operations Manager, and/or Shift Supervisor to ensure that quality and safety standards are always met as well as adhering to state and local laws. The Dispatcher will handle all issues while the Manager is not on-site. Key Responsibilities

Provides oversight of Shuttle Bus service using a variety of reporting methods and radio communications. Monitors availability of vehicles and manpower for the operations on a daily basis. Creates reports and compiles all necessary documentation both current and historical relating to daily bus operations. Supports and provides direction per the locations policies and procedures for bus operations to maintain service reliability. Must be able to accurately predict the movement and arrival of shuttle buses using the tools provided. Responds to the changes and demands of the customer volume to create solutions that support the service model required. Interface with internal personnel such as the maintenance department, Customer Service Reps, Supervisors and Managers to ensure the achievement of the division goals. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must have a valid drivers license Must have at least one(1) years' experience in a recent and relevant transportation position. Must be able and willing to work all shifts and all days including Holidays. The ideal candidate would have experience in a bus or shuttle bus operation; specifically, as it relates to passenger movement in a public or private operation. The qualified candidate must be able to work independently and proactively and will have strong written and verbal skills. Must show proficiency in using a computer, working in Excel and Word documents.
