Infant Teacher
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and experienced Infant Teacher to join our team. As an Infant Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment that supports the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of young children. Your role will involve implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a love for learning and exploration in toddlers. Must have infant experience. Key responsibilities include implementing dynamic, engaging lesson plans that align with the early childhood curriculum, providing a variety of interactive and hands-on learning experiences, fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment, monitoring, documenting, and assessing each child's progress, collaborating with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, well-rounded educational program, using effective classroom management and positive reinforcement techniques, offering individualized attention to children, maintaining accurate and organized records, and communicating regularly and effectively with parents or guardians. We offer competitive compensation based on qualifications and experience. This is a full-time position with benefits, including health insurance, paid time off (PTO), professional development and training opportunities, and retirement plans. Required skills and qualifications include strong early literacy and language development skills, proficiency in classroom behavior management, previous experience working with toddlers, solid knowledge of early childhood development, ability to create and deliver an engaging and developmentally appropriate curriculum, excellent communication skills, and CPR and First Aid certification (preferred but will get you certified if needed).
