Located on the first floor at Freeman Hospital West, Medical is equipped with 43 private rooms. Wide variety of diagnoses including Respiratory Illness, GI Illness, Diabetes, General Medical and Non-surgical Oncology patients. Our focus is on patient care and teamwork with a friendly family culture. Perfect place for new graduates or seasoned nurses to build skill and make a difference in the community. Schedule: Full Time Nights (36hrs/week) Under the direction of professional RN's, systematically and continually assesses the physical, emotional, clinical, and psychosocial needs of assigned patients and families; plans and implements appropriate interventions; and evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care. Must obtain a Missouri Registered Nurse license or Registered Nurse license from a compact state within ninety (90) days after graduation or thirty (30) days after passing the NCLEX exam in a state other than Missouri. If obtaining a compact license it must be held in the Registered Nurse's state of residence.
