Machine Operator
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team on the 2nd Shift from 5:00 pm to 3:45 am, Monday through Thursday, with Friday shifts from 3 pm to 8 pm. The ideal candidate will set up and operate shop machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, ensuring precision and efficiency in every task. Responsibilities
Set up and operate various shop machines following established procedures. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, job orders, routers, and diagrams to select dies, position, and secure machinery. Adhere to operating procedures and instructions. Adjust machine settings to complete tasks per specifications, aiming to run job orders accurately and maximize productivity. Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors. Communicate process and quality improvements via the internal system. Maintain a clean and safe work station by following the shop's 5S system. Perform basic math skills including counting and using tools such as tape measures, dial calipers, and other hand tools. Demonstrate strong manual dexterity and the ability to follow directions. Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
