Senior Residential Assistant
We are currently seeking a full time Senior Residential Assistant for our St. Lucy's Shelter, located in Newark, NJ. The Senior Residential assistant is responsible for carrying out designated services in the shelter and housing programs. The Senior Residential Assistant monitors the activity of residents and visitors to ensure that program policies and safety parameters are maintained. He/she supervises and secures all building areas and also quickly and appropriately responds to crisis situations in a manner that safeguards all participants. The Residential Assistant accurately completes all required program documentation including programs logs, statistics tracking sheets, incident reports and work orders. Facilitate parents anonymous groups and housing prevention program.
