Our dynamic and rapidly growing StructureCare team is seeking a detail-oriented and self-starting Client Services Manager to service our Carolinas territory. StructureCare, headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania is a premier engineering and restoration company working to protect infrastructure investments throughout the Mid-Atlantic. We believe in a strong connection between the engineering and implementation of a solution. The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. 3 or more years in a Sales or related role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Technical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Working knowledge of the construction industry (preferred) Willingness to be flexible in a fast-paced work environment Driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record required In this role you will be responsible for: Acting as the single point of contact for all long-term customer relationships Monitoring and managing financial performance of all accounts within the assigned territory Accountability for client deliverables Communicating technical information and probable costs to key decision makers Developing and presenting maintenance and repair solutions to clients based on budgetary allowances and inspection reports Project set up Developing proposals Engaging in collaborative problem solving and decision making All relationship-driven professionals with strong business acumen are encouraged to apply for this exciting opportunity with a growing company.
