Core Responsibility: Responsible for performing various molecular biology protocols within the company's high-throughput gene synthesis platform for DNA production Position Responsibilities/Accountabilities but are not limited to: Perform various molecular biology techniques, including PCR reactions, restriction digestion, gel analysis, DNA purification, cloning, transformation, and plasmid preparation. Analyzing data and perform quality control tasks. Identifying and troubleshooting issues that arise during the production process. Prepare media and all other required reagents. Work within a multi-disciplinary team, meet goals for accuracy, production deadlines and throughput utilizing the company's proprietary gene-synthesis platform and related tools. Execute production protocols in accordance with established company procedures under the ISO 13485 standard. Maintain clear communication, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Stock laboratory with supplies in addition to cleaning and decontaminating laboratory instruments and work area daily Perform any additional duties as directed by Lab management Reporting Relationship: Reports to Gene Assembly Manager/ Production Manager Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor Degree in Life Science. 1+ years lab experience related to biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, or chemistry. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working effectively as part of a team. They should have a background in molecular biology with hands-on experience in PCR set-up. restriction digest, cloning, gel electrophoresis, and photo documentation. Strong attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to protocols are essential. Experience with gene synthesis, liquid handling robots, or working in a high-throughput laboratory, sequencing group, or genome center is highly desirable. Additional Information

This is a full-time position that includes weekend work based on scheduling needs. Shifts may be Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
