As a Facilities Supervisor, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, ensuring a safe and well-functioning environment. Beyond upkeep, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by providing exceptional service, anticipating their needs, and creating lasting WOW moments that enhance their stay.
The Day-To-Day: Monitor and manage building automation, fire, and preventative maintenance systems to ensure optimal performance Supervise and delegate tasks for special projects, ensuring they align with design specifications and budget requirements Enforce compliance with safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure work environment Prepare and submit inspection reports to federal, state, and local authorities in accordance with regulatory requirements Collaborate with the Safety Manager and Facilities Manager to ensure all employees receive OSHA training and adhere to safety protocols Address and resolve guest concerns promptly, using problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate potential challenges The Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in facility management, building systems, or maintenance supervision Strong understanding of building automation systems, fire safety, and preventative maintenance best practices Knowledge of OSHA regulations and other relevant safety standards Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget goals Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation The Perks & Benefits: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Health & Income Protection Benefits (For eligible employees) Access to a variety of company Hotel, Food and Beverage, Retail, and Entertainment Discounts Free meals in our employee dining room Various programs and networking opportunities to help you get promoted Volunteer opportunities to give back to the community Other various discounts with company partners such as travel, electronics, online shopping, and many more!
