Let's build healthier communities together, join now! About The Role Responsible for managing and maintaining an organization's cloud-based infrastructure. Ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of cloud services, managing deployments and maintaining operational functionality. Monitoring system performance, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing automation to streamline processes. Troubleshoots issues, supports security measures and compliance, and documents system configurations. What You'll Do Strategy & Planning Evaluate the need for hybrid or multi-cloud environments to maximize flexibility and reduce vendor dependency. Ensure that the cloud strategy complies with industry regulations and standards. Decide on service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) that best fit your operational requirements. Acquisition & Deployment Choose appropriate cloud service providers based on the organization's specific needs and budget. Manage relationships with cloud service providers, ensuring SLAs are met and exploring new services that may benefit the organization. Plan for future growth to ensure the cloud infrastructure can scale with the business. Operational Management Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud systems across platforms. Monitor cloud activities and resources to ensure performance, uptime, and security compliance. Provide technical support and resolve cloud infrastructure issues. Collaborate with IT and other teams to troubleshoot and resolve broader network and infrastructure problems. Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and reduce manual tasks. Maintain comprehensive documentation of cloud systems, procedures, and configurations. Generate reports on system performance, security incidents, and compliance adherence for management review. Continuously review and optimize system performance to meet SLAs and business objectives. Implement best practices for cost management, using tools to track and optimize cloud spending. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field with four years or more of related work experience. Or 5 + years of hands-on IT datacenter instead of.
