Administrative Assistant Position
Company: Allure Realty Group Position Title: Administrative Assistant Hours: Full-time Pay: $18.00/hour Location Area: Spring Valley Program: WEX and OJT We are seeking a dedicated and task-oriented Front Desk Administrative Assistant to join our real estate office. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and proficient in various administrative tasks, including the use of Google Docs, social media marketing, and designing flyers in Canva. While Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, they are not required for this position. Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies. Assist in creating and editing documents using Google Docs. Support social media marketing efforts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring accounts. Design and create promotional materials, including flyers, using Canva. Coordinate and assist with office events and meetings as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at the front desk. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors. Qualifications:
Organizational and multitasking skills preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Task-oriented with a strong attention to detail. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required.
