What Our Sales Specialists/League Admins Do The Sales Specialist/League Admin is responsible for increasing overall center lineage and revenue through sales and promotions directed primarily at our league bowler clientele. To that end, this role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing sales programs for the center. A Sales Specialist/League Admin's Day-to-Day Solicit, organize, coordinate, and retain all winter, summer, and mid-season leagues Develop/plan/start new leagues and keep existing league relationships strong year-round Maintain guest database Lead sales activities that seek to increase total lineage; boost total revenue by upselling league, open play, and food & beverage opportunities What It Takes Optional: HS Diploma (College degree preferred) General business, financial knowledge, and marketing/sales skills are essential Perks (More Reasons You'll Love Your Job) Free Bowling! $1 Arcade Play 20% off Events 50% off Food & Beverages Job Type: Part-time Evening shift Night shift Weekend availability Work Location: One location
