Job Opportunity: Personal Lines Account Manager
An insurance agency that has thrived for over 66 years in the Triangle Area is looking for a licensed personal lines account manager or personal lines CSR to service a book of personal insurance accounts. The insurance agency will require the personal lines account manager to handle new policies for clients, respond to client inquiries about policy changes, updates and coverage questions, and consult with clients on potential bundle saving opportunities. This insurance account manager candidate will be responsible for providing timely and professional day-to-day client service. Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and develop personal insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, online, by phone, and through written communication. Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects through regular follow-up, accurate and timely quotations, and general account support. Anticipate, respond to, and follow up on all existing client needs. Obtain best coverage/rate for insured, process quotes, and bind insurance coverage; follow up as necessary with inspection, photos, and other documentation. Present policies to insured and educate them on coverages and rates. Qualifications:
Hold the insurance license required by your state. Be people-oriented, customer-focused, and professionally assertive in developing new client relationships and servicing existing clients. Benefits/Perks:
