We're hiring a Service and Sales Manager to work closely with the Branch Manager, lead a high-performing team, and drive sales in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Company car, gas card, and phone What You'll Do: Lead and support our team through coaching, ride-alongs, and hands-on training Drive companion product sales and customer satisfaction by setting performance goals and tracking progress Oversee daily operations including service scheduling, inventory, equipment maintenance, and route performance Maintain strong relationships with customers and help resolve service issues with urgency and care Participate in hiring, performance reviews, corrective action, and employee recognition Support branch collections, safety compliance, and company standards in appearance, equipment, and communication Work the on-call schedule as needed and maintain a strong presence in the field Assist the Branch Manager with strategic planning and take on responsibilities as they arise What We're Looking For: Proven leadership experience in B2B outside sales, field service, or distribution operations Strong ability to motivate teams, drive sales growth, and manage day-to-day operations Mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting equipment in the field Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills Driven with a clear desire and readiness for promotion within the next year Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
