Position: Application Support Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC - 3 days onsite/2 days remote Duration: 12-24 months contract Pay Rate Range: $53/hr W2 Requirements: 4+ years of software engineering experience Supporting software releases, configuration management, and production system monitoring Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server (5+ years)

understanding stored procedures, deployment, change management, and procedures documentation Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS; familiarity with data integration/ETL processes Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI (Power BI preferred) Knowledge of Agile (Scrum) methodologies and SDLC practices Experience with APIs, Autosys scheduling, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation standards Supporting enterprise applications and managing vulnerabilities Familiarity with JIRA or Confluence Apex offers a range of supplemental benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and other insurance plans that offer an optional layer of financial protection.
