Primary Function of Position The Analyst 2 plays a key role in helping the Global Commercial Finance and Sales Operations (FSO) team. This position will work closely with our regional FSO teams around the world to assist in examining global Commercial performance, developing reports and dashboards, and delivering insights that help strategic decision-making for executive partnersincluding the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and VP of Global FSO. This is a highly statistical role requiring the manipulation of large data sets, a keen knowledge of sales concepts, acute attention to detail, and the ability to communicate and develop meaningful relationships with multiple executive business partners. Roles and Responsibilities Proactively examine complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to identify patterns, provide insights, and inform best-in-class recommendations. Think strategically about our growth, risks, and opportunities to examine macro business factors, anticipate market trends, and identify long-term initiatives that align with the organization's Commercial goals. Leverage extensive internal network and comprehensive business context to serve as Subject Matter Expert on Global Commercial Fixed Costs, Commissions, and Headcount, and recommend solutions to identified risks and gaps. Drive preparation and presentation of key planning deliverables, including monthly business updates, quarterly forecasts, and budget tracking for Executive Leadership. Establish scalable processes to drive and help key finance activities, including consolidating and reporting long-range models, procedure readiness matrix, Budgets, quarterly Forecasts, and month close reconciliation to Executive Leadership. Own the development and broad distribution of critical reporting packages, including global capital pipeline & inventory management updates. Prepare Commercial highlights and milestones for the Annual Commercial Meeting. Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and examination utilizing tools such as Excel, Tableau, SQL, or Anaplan to answer business questions and help ongoing initiatives. Other Ad hoc data analysis and insights reporting. Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience 3-5 years of FP&A, consulting, business analytics, and/or sales operation experience Ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Excellent organization with an ability to help and prioritize multiple projects concurrently Proven business application skills (Excel, Tableau, SQL, Anaplan, etc.) Curiosity and aptitude for comprehending trends, outliers, and causal relationships Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to think critically through complexity Effective relational and communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy This role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week Required Education and Training Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related discipline
