Support the CMM Programming technical team in ensuring product and process compliance by providing CMM Programming solutions per our quality systems and requirements Complete CMM Programming related requests Foster and maintain a cooperative relationship with Module Center departments including other Quality and Manufacturing personnel Drive product and process improvements Drive a culture of continuous improvement through use of CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) tools (Standard Work, DIVE {Define, Investigate, Verify, Ensure}, mistake proofing, etc.) Participate in the implementation of new inspection technologies that achieve process, reliability and productivity improvements. Maintain accurate data in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), supporting real-time visibility into schedule and material status. What You Will Bring:

Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years of experience in CMM programming or related experience OR an Associate's degree and minimum 4 years of CMM programming or related experience OR Vocational/technical education with a minimum of 6 years' CMM programming or related experience Experience operating measurement devices, tools, systems and/or machines. Experience using Microsoft Office U.S. citizenship is required Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000 Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. This role is considered an on-site position located in Columbus, GA. You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours. Work can be 2nd, 3rd or Weekend shifts. Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Travel Requirements:

Due to the nature of the work, 5% of travel is required. Citizenship Requirement:
