Youth Soccer Coach
Soccer Shots is seeking a passionate part-time Youth Soccer Coach to serve children ages 2-9. You'll laugh. You'll break a sweat. You'll go home at the end of the day knowing that you made a difference. It may be tough, but coaching our kids will be one of the most rewarding things you ever do. What We Offer: Competitive Base Pay: The training rate is $16/hour. After completing training, pay is $21/hour (including admin and setup/breakdown time). Pay can be up to $37/hour through advancement. Additional Pay: Coach Referral Incentive, Parent Feedback Reward Paid Time Off: PTO available for full-time coaches Training: No experience is required! We offer a paid comprehensive training program to learn Soccer Shots' clear and easy-to-learn curriculum. Career Progression: We love to promote from within. Schedule: Mondays through Fridays: mornings, afternoons, and evenings are available Saturdays: mornings are required Sundays: Once a month coaches meeting in the afternoon/evening.
