Minimum Qualifications Six months of experience or training in patient care; OR
Possession of a current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate; OR
Completion of an accredited Registered Nursing, Practical Nursing, Medical Assistant, or Emergency Medical Technician Program.
NOTE: Positions at facilities receiving certain Medicaid or Medicare funds require that applicants possess a current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.

Job Duties and Other Information Job Duties: Work with the nursing staff operations
to including working on an assigned care units, resident care in a 156-bed long-term care facility. Staff Performance:
Provides quality care for our veterans, participates in monthly staff meetings, wash veterans' cloths and assist in feeding veterans when needed. Scheduling:
Coordinates with the CNA Supervisors and the Assist. Director of Nursing on leave approvals. Conducts Quality Assurance audits
to ensure the veterans needs are met, promoting continuous improvement in nursing care and delivery and adherence to policy and procedure standards. Investigates and reports resident complaints and incidents,
collaborating with immediate supervisor and other departments to ensure care of the resident safety. Position-Specific Details:

This position offers aSpecial Entrance Rate of $1,099.20 BI-WEEKLY / $13.74 PER HOUR for the CNA 1 level or to $1,176.00 BI-WEEKLY / $14.70 PER HOUR for the CNA 2 level, plus an additional Premium Pay of $5.00/HR per hour worked. This position also qualifies for shift differentials, with rates varying based on shift time, day of the week, and holidays.
Work Schedule:
Hours are from Monday to Sunday, 6:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.to include some weekends and holidays.
