Guaranteed Salary: $640,000 | $100,000 Sign-On Bonus | Comprehensive Benefits Deaconess Illinois Specialty Clinic is seeking a full-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join our team at Deaconess Illinois Crossroads in Mount Vernon, IL. 47-bed hospital with 10 room Emergency Department (no trauma designation). 5 operating rooms and 1 endoscopy room available. 1 Urology room with a Uroview table. On-site CRNA anesthesia team. Clinic volume: Expect to see 18-22 patients per day in a fully staffed outpatient setting. Compensation & Benefits:
Guaranteed Salary: $640,000 $100,000 Sign-On Bonus Comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance Life Insurance Health & Dependent Care Expense Accounts Salary Continuance & Disability Coverage Two retirement plans: 401(k) & 457(b) CME & Professional Development: 5 Days of CME Time Off $3,500 Annual CME Stipend $1,000 per year for technology expenses $750 computer allowance every 5 years DEA, State Licensing, Board Certification & Maintenance Fees Covered Relocation Assistance: Up to $15,000 moving allowance Hospital-Provided Medical Malpractice Insurance J-1 Visa Sponsorship Available Performance-Based Bonus Opportunity:
