We empower all stakeholders to optimize resources and maximize opportunities while focusing on the most important stakeholder of all: the patient.About the roleThe Senior Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing all phases of the implementation lifecycle-from project planning and client onboarding to solution delivery and post-launch transition-ensuring that projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders, the Senior Implementation Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor, bringing deep project management expertise and industry knowledge to support the successful deployment of solutions that meet regulatory, operational, and business goals. This role will be responsible for oversight of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring efficient project delivery, and driving continuous improvement along with best practices in the PMO function.This role is required to work in our Pittsburgh (Strip District) office, and occasional travel is required to client sites.What you'll doDevelop and execute project plans within specified timelinesTrack project progress, measure performance against key metrics, and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, Product, Integrations, Product, Marketing, Finance etc.) to ensure seamless project execution Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate during implementation Identify and escalate all risks and decisions to the appropriate audiencesIdentify, analyze and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness within the PMO. Mentoring and coaching project managers on the team.Work with Analytics teams to generate/refine reports and define KPIs for managing project performanceWhat we need from youBachelors degree in business, engineering, or similar required. PMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification a plus.5+ years leading large scale/complex projects, 2+ years of experience in at least TWO of the following industries required: specialty pharmacy, health plan/insurance payer, and/or pharmacy benefits manager (PBM); Healthcare IT experience a plus. Experience mentoring and coaching other project managers.Leading multiple, complex projects, expert level communication and interpersonal skills, Healthcare IT knowledge, and MS O365 skills. The ability to lead teams, manage projects effectively, and navigate complex situations with adaptability and strategic thinking. Deep knowledge of project management methodologies.PM software tools (Monday.com, etc.). Leadership, Project Management, Communications, Negotiation, Problem solving, Risk management, Adaptability, Issue/Conflict resolution
