The Senior Accountant is primarily responsible for assisting with all aspects of GAAP accounting and supporting the Controllership function for consolidation for the sports business. This role reports to an Accounting Manager and assists in preparing month-end reports, month-end account reconciliations, and accurate execution of internal control environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, passion for accuracy, advanced Excel skills, a desire to learn and an ability to identify anomalies in the reporting. This person must possess the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This person must also adapt on the fly, possess strong organizational skills, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

Work with team to manage and assist with all aspects of an accounting close lifecycle, including: Preparing multiple workpapers with documentation that supports transactions recorded within Accounting ERP system Performing GL account reconciliations monthly Consolidating month-end support from various business units into a single report for consolidations reporting Being responsible for the reviewing the T&E for various team members Assisting with preparing and posting journal entries (Payroll, other SG&A entries) Preparing reports for month end close and ad-hoc requests Assisting with quarterly/year-end financial statement audit requests Responding to various ad-hoc requests with competing deadlines Effectively coordinating and collaborating with various departments within the company Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience Public/Private accounting mix is a plus Accounting degree required, CPA or CPA candidate a plus Strong analytical and accounting skills, as well as excellent attention to detail Experience with accounting ERP system such as NetSuite preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Ability to learn and digest new things quickly Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task Reporting Relationships and Working Conditions:

Reports to the Accounting Manager. The candidate is required to come to the office, flex Fridays upon supervisory approval/Typical 40-hour work week, with additional hours and weekends required during peak times. Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the range shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Range Minimum: $60,406 annually Hiring Range Maximum: $80,000 annually
