Workday Analyst

The Workday Analyst will be responsible for supporting Workday across the organization. They will also play a key role in all phases of development from gathering requirements to conducting UAT and interacts with all work streams and other departments. This role requires four days in office for up to six months to learn the role and then will be able to shift to three days a week in office and two days remote. This role is located in St Louis, Missouri. Essential Job Responsibilities: Responsible for configuration and maintenance of Workday business process, and security. Maintain Time-Tracking setup and time off plans within Workday. Work with Functional leads on major system upgrades, and projects (Open Enrollment, ACA Reporting, Merit and Bonus cycles, Performance Management Year-End Processing) Supports Workday HCM including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HCM problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. This will include security reviews and adjustments as well as business process reviews and changes. Tests and validates solutions for completeness and accuracy. Designs testing scenarios and training material. Troubleshoots issues and appropriately escalates issues not able to be resolved. Maintains awareness of current trends in Workday Reporting and best practices. Completes ad-hoc data requests. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 1 to 3 years Other Requirements: Experience working with Workday and other HRIS systems Schnucks HR, Payroll, Training, or Store Management experience preferred Workday Payroll experience is a plus Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Knowledge: 1+ years of experience with Workday (or other HCM) Exposure to various HR related departments (Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Labor Relations, Payroll, Talent) High degree of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of data Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail Strong desire to continue learning about new HCM technologies Skills & Abilities: Ability to build strong partnerships and identify opportunities and take action to work collaboratively. Experience working with Workday. Strong oral and written communication skills demonstrating ability to share and impart knowledge both in individual and group settings. Ability to translate moderately complex systems concepts to non-technical users in a productive and supportive manner. Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities. Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department/team projects. Ability to liaise effectively with individuals across a wide variety of operational, functional, and technical disciplines. Internal Candidates: Store/Facility Teammates: minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred. Store Support Center Teammates: minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.
