OverviewLPN - Adult Ambulatory Medicine Responsibilities•NYS LPN Licensure (Grad of accredited LPN nursing program)•Minimum 2 years of LPN exp in an Ambulatory health clinic•Clinical Skills, phlebotomy, EKG, POCT, EMR doc •BCLS certification•Ability to screen patients and make referrals for services required•Competency with EMR documentation•Timely completion of patient request, follow up, form completion and pre-visit planning Qualifications•Excellent interpersonal & English verbal/written communication skills•Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, colleagues and physicians effectively•Bilingual Spanish preferred.
