We are looking for a talented On-Board Diagnostic Planning Project Manager to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Corporate organization in Columbus, IN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drive Root Cause Analysis and Resolution

You'll investigate complex electronic application and systems issues, identify root causes, and recommend effective solutionsdirectly improving product reliability and customer satisfaction. Enhance Development Processes

By applying and refining tools and processes like system modeling, simulation, and DVP&R, you'll help streamline development cycles and elevate the quality of electronic systems. Collaborate Across Functions

Your ability to gather input from diverse stakeholderscustomers, engineers, supplierswill ensure that decisions are well-informed and aligned with broader product goals. Influence Product Quality and Performance

Your decisions on system design, calibration, and testing will directly impact the performance and robustness of electronic subsystems, contributing to superior end products. Mentor and Review Work of Peers

By reviewing the work of less-experienced developers and testers, you'll foster a culture of excellence and ensure high standards in design and implementation. Lead Projects and Complex Components

You'll independently lead smaller projects or own complex components, demonstrating initiative and accountability while navigating ambiguity with confidence. Advance Technical Direction

Your guidance will shape the technical direction of project teams, helping to align efforts with strategic goals and encouraging innovation. Champion Process Improvement
