Outside Contents Evaluator Assistant

To complete the physical onsite inventory process including: driving to and from the loss location, physical inventory of contents, and uploading data from field work to server. Assists in completing the physical onsite inventory of total loss contents items under the direction of Outside Contents Evaluator Associate. Tracks time and logs file notes for all of that day's field activity. Oversees all necessary maintenance of crew vehicles, including: gas, oil changes, tire rotations, and any other necessary repairs. Maintains daily care and maintenance of all equipment. Conforms with and abides by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions. Performs other duties as assigned. Supports the organization's quality program(s). Travels as required. High school diploma or GED required. One (1) year customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Oral and written communication skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products Good comprehensive decision making skills Ability to read and comprehend policy language Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies When applicable and appropriate, consideration will be given to reasonable accommodations. Ability to climb, crawl, stoop, kneel, and/or reach overhead Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds Ability to drive up to 8 hours per day and/or ride for an extended period. Must have continual use of manual dexterity. Hearing, vision and talking Credit security clearance, confirmed via a background credit check, is required for this position.
