Job Title
Provides national and local Escrow services. Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a high level of customer service and proactive communication to both internal and external customers related to title services. Job Responsibilities Works with customers, attorneys and lenders in an advisory capacity to resolve issues impacting title insurability prior to closing for commercial transactions Communicates with clients and third parties to obtain documentation to clear title related issues such as missing information, incomplete, inaccurate or contradictory information contained in the title commitment, in accordance with internal and external policies and regulations Follows standard procedures and guidelines Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations, typically within own team Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload Performs all other duties as assigned by management Education High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred Experience Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience Equal Employment Opportunity Employer Stewart is committed to ensuring that its online application process provides an equal employment opportunity to all job seekers, including individuals with disabilities. The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
