We are seeking a skilled and safety-minded Diesel Generator Mechanic to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing Thermo King and Carrier Genset units, as well as performing chassis and container repair duties. The ideal candidate will have hands-on diesel technician experience, an eye for safety and detail, and a commitment to quality repairs in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and mechanical components of Thermo King and Carrier Genset units. Perform preventative maintenance and pre-trip inspections on Gensets to ensure functionality and compliance. Carry out container and chassis repair tasks as assigned, including welding, structural work, and flooring replacement. Identify correct parts by consulting service and parts manuals and communicating with parts suppliers when necessary. Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, lifts) as required for repair duties. Perform all work in accordance with safety protocols, ensuring personal and team safety at all times. Conduct safety inspections of the repair area and address any hazards proactively. Maintain compliance with environmental and safety regulations, ensuring Conglobal's standards are met or exceeded. Complete necessary paperwork and repair logs accurately and on time. Qualifications

Basic diesel mechanic skill set with a strong mechanical aptitude. Prior experience

with Thermo King and/or Carrier Genset repair

strongly preferred

Previous container and chassis repair experience

preferred

Ability to

read and interpret computer-generated work orders

and technical documentation

Strong communication skills able to interact professionally with co-workers, supervisors, and clients

Must consistently

follow company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Willingness to

obtain Forklift Certification

(training may be provided)

Comfortable working

independently or with minimal supervision

Ability to

train and mentor other employees

as needed

Must own necessary tools for the job Must pass a pre-employment background verification, physical and drug screening
