As a Risk AI & Analytics Senior Manager, you will help our clients develop and realize their ambition to leverage AI at scale and drive better business outcomes, with a specific focus on risk consulting. You will work with a wide variety of clients to deliver the latest data science and big data technologies. Your teams will design and build scalable solutions that unify, enrich, and derive insights from varied data sources across a broad technology landscape. You will help our clients navigate the complex world of modern data science, analytics, and software engineering, with a deep understanding of internal audit, internal controls, and compliance. Your key responsibilities: As an AI Senior Manager, you will be joining a dynamic and interdisciplinary team of scientists and engineers who love to tackle the most challenging computational problems for our clients. You will be leading a team working with a wide variety of clients to define, develop, and operationalize their AI strategy at scale. You will be leading teams of AI engineers and data scientists in delivery of modern Machine Learning and AI solutions for clients. You will stay abreast of AI technology trends and provide directional guidance and recommendations around ModelOps tools and solutions that fit their needs and integrate with their existing ecosystem. You will apply combined business and technical knowledge to develop and execute ModelOps target architecture that enables implementation and monitoring of AI at scale. You will collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to implement and maintain solutions in the client's platform of choice and or integrate AI solution into client's ecosystem. You will stay abreast of industry trends, technology innovations and AI regulatory requirements across the globe. You will understand clients' overall data, AI and technology landscape and business priorities and success measures. You will have strong team collaboration and experience working with a diverse team in a hybrid model (on site and remote). You will work on large-scale client engagements. You will foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. You will consistently deliver quality client services. You will collaborate, influence and build consensus through constructive relationships and effective listening. You will solve problems by incorporating data into decision making. To qualify for the role, you must have a Bachelor's degree, or MS degree in Business or Economics, Technology Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, Informatics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or Machine Learning. You must have experience interacting with and designing solutions for internal audit, internal controls, compliance, and business processes (both finance and operations). You must have minimum of 8-10+ years of professional consulting experience in business or technology consulting or similar roles. You must have minimum of 3-5+ years of experience directly managing technical teams and/or consulting teams. You must have experience using and managing the deployment of Generative AI models and frameworks. You must have experience working with popular ML packages such as scikit-learn, Pytorch and ONNX, or related ML libraries. You must have extensive experience using DevOps tools like GIT, Azure Devops and Agile tools such as Jira to develop and deploy analytical solutions with multiple features, pipelines, and releases. You must have a solid understanding of Machine Learning (ML) workflows including ingesting, analysing, transforming data and evaluating results to make meaningful predictions. You must have experience with MLOps methods and platforms such as MLFlow. You must have strong skills in Python. You must have experience with CI/CD and test-driven development. You must have experience designing, building, and maintaining ML models, frameworks, and pipelines. You must have experience designing and deploying end to end ML workflows on at least one major cloud computing platform. You must have understanding of data structures, data modelling and software engineering best practices. You must have proficiency using data manipulation tools and libraries such as SQL, Pandas, and Spark. You must have clearly communicating findings, recommendations, and opportunities to improve data systems and solutions. You must have experience with containerization and scaling models. You must have willingness to travel to meet client obligations. You must have strong knowledge of AI technologies and frameworks. You must have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You must have demonstrated leadership and project management experience, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive successful outcomes. You must be a team player. Ideally, you'll also have experience in leading business or IT transformation projects that have supported data science, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, and cloud applications at scale. You'll have familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards related to AI ethics, privacy, and data protection. You'll have working experience with Agile and/or Scrum methods of delivery. You'll have working experience with design led thinking. You'll have Microsoft, Databricks, AWS, NVIDIA or Snowflake Certifications in the Data & AI domain. You'll have a deep understanding of and ability to teach concepts, tools, features, functions, and benefits of different approaches to apply them. You'll have Master's degree Computer Science, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or other quantitative field. You'll have strong skills in languages beyond Python: R, JavaScript, Java, C++, C. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $142,600 to $325,800. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $171,100 to $370,300. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
