Location: Burlington, NC Employment Type: Full-Time Company: Prism Specialties of NC Position Overview:
We are a 13-year-old business seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse and Inventory Manager to assist with the opening (and management) of a new (approximately 30,000sf) facility and to oversee all warehouse activities to ensure overall inventory accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, delivery staging and storage. Developing and implementing efficient warehouse processes. Ensuring accuracy in inventory management. Collaborating with other departments to coordinate inventory movement. Assistance with implementing safety and security procedures. Qualifications: Experience as a warehouse manager, inventory manager, or similar role preferred. General knowledge of inventory software and warehouse management systems. Self-motivated with leadership and team management skills. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Ability to lift and move heavy items (as needed). Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
