We are seeking a dedicated Investment Strategy Analyst to join our Client Investment Strategies Investment Desk. As a key member of this high-visibility, high-impact team, you will blend analytical, strategic thinking, and creative communication skill sets to deliver meaningful value to Lincoln's internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on investment principles and the subaccount offerings within Lincoln's variable and indexed products, providing best-in-class service and timely, specialized support to financial professionals across channels such as phone, email, and meetings. You will dedicate 60-70% of your time to direct consultation: fielding inbound investment questions, conducting portfolio reviews, and providing the expert analysis financial professionals need to serve their clients effectively, all while positioning yourself as a primary resource for investment guidance and market insights. In addition to serving as a trusted resource for investment-related inquiries, you will work cross-functionally to analyze market data, translate analytics into strategic solutions that support sales initiatives, and develop compelling collateral showcasing Lincoln's offerings. What you'll be doing Primary (60-70%) Partner with Lincoln's sales teams and financial advisors as the dedicated investment specialist for Lincoln's variable subaccounts and indexed strategies. Primarily via inbound telephone calls and/or emails, support stakeholders by responding to investment inquiries and presenting and communicating investment opportunities and outcomes in a clear and engaging way. Perform policy investment reviews and conduct asset allocation and ad-hoc fund analyses. Exhibit and maintain an active interest in capital markets, staying current on the latest data and trends to inform conversations and ideation. Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of Lincoln's products, services, and operational structure to enhance your effectiveness. Secondary (30-40%) Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce investment-related content supporting Lincoln's distribution efforts and customer needs. Analyze and manipulate data using Microsoft Excel, leveraging the Microsoft Office suite and other digital tools to produce high-quality deliverables. Transform market data and analytics into compelling narratives that help business partners succeed. Participate in creating and refining investment-related content such as presentations, market updates, and educational materials to support business growth. Serve as a resource for team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects within your area of responsibility. Identify and recommend process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce workloads significantly, or improve quality. What we're looking for Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Exposure to investments, capital markets, or financial analytics (internships or 13 years in analyst or strategy roles are welcome). Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, modeling); PowerPoint experience is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
