Join a dynamic manufacturing company near MCO as a Part-Time Payroll Assistant. In this role, you will support the HR manager with time card audits, payroll preparation, and other assigned duties. Responsibilities
Assist the HR manager with time card audits. Prepare payroll documentation and processes. Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Handle other duties as assigned in a timely manner. Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry. Strong attention to detail. Bilingual proficiency. Basic understanding of payroll and payroll processing. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual capabilities are preferred. Previous payroll experience is beneficial but not required. Trustworthiness and reliability. Experience with ADP is a plus. Work Environment
The position is located in a cubicle setting, with a Monday to Friday schedule. The company offers opportunities for growth within its structure. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
