Responsibilities
Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for a specific product or feature. Gather and prioritize feature requests based on business goals and user needs. Work closely with engineers to define technical solutions and ensure feasibility. Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Define KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on data and feedback. Qualifications
7+ years of experience in product management in a technology-driven environment. Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, software development processes, and technical concepts. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering and UX/UI. Financial industry background. Investment banking experience is a plus. Salesforce Marketing Cloud or CDP Experience a plus. Salesforce FSC Expertise: Deep understanding of FSC data model (Person Accounts, Households, Financial Accounts, Interactions) Experience with Action Plans, and FSC-specific workflows. Strong grasp of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and role hierarchies. Data Architecture & Analytics: Proficiency with Alteryx, Snowflake, or similar platforms. Strong SQL skills, data modeling, ETL, and governance experience. Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI. Consulting or Solution Architecture Background: Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
