PM, QC and Financial Controls will lead the development and implementation of standardized project management procedures, quality control systems, and financial oversight frameworks across our engineering operations. This role is critical to ensuring consistent project delivery, accountability, and operational excellence. Project Management: Develop and implement standardized PM workflows, templates, and reporting tools. Coordinate initial project setup, including scope definition, resource allocation, and schedule planning. Establish and communicate project budget hours to PMs and teams. Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Quality Assurance and Control: Collaborate with engineering leads to define and document QA/QC protocols. Coordinate QA/QC schedules and personnel assignments. Oversee timely execution of QA/QC reviews and ensure accountability. Maintain compliance with internal and client quality standards. Financial Oversight: Maintain financial oversight of all active projects. Design and manage Excel-based tools to track project health, billing accuracy, and budget adherence. Generate and distribute weekly financial reports to leadership and PMs. You will be a great fit if: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field. 10+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 5 years in MEP Engineering Design. Experience managing projects from $2M +. Proven experience establishing PM and QC systems from the ground up. Strong financial acumen and experience with project budgeting and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management software (e.g., Deltek, MS Project). PMP certification is a plus. Skills/abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process adoption. Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset.
