Quality Inspector
The Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing in-process and final inspections on machined parts for various industries. This includes inspecting parts using micrometers, calipers, various gauges, and optical comparators. The role also involves writing first articles and utilizing GD&T on a daily basis. The individual will receive training to operate a CMM for inspection purposes. Responsibilities
Conduct in-process and final inspections on machined parts. Utilize micrometers, calipers, and various gauges for part inspection. Perform optical comparator inspections. Write first articles and apply GD&T techniques. Operate and maintain CMM equipment for inspection purposes. Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience in Machining Inspection and/or Quality Inspection. Proficiency in CMM Operation, Micrometer, Caliper, and Blueprint reading with GD&T knowledge. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to set up and program CMM Machine, particularly Zeiss - Calypso. Why Work Here?
