As Global Supply Chain Therapeutic Area (TA) Head, you'll lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy for our RSV and other innovation portfolio, working collaboratively across our global network and with alliance partners to drive excellence in supply chain management. Strategic Leadership Design and implement supply chain strategies aligned with our global business objectives Lead end-to-end value stream planning with a 0-4 year horizon Establish clear strategic principles for your therapeutic area team Develop and manage inventory policies based on product flows and risk assessment Commercial Partnership Serve as primary Supply Chain contact for Global Franchise leadership Support commercial operations focusing on launch excellence and established products Represent GBU supply chain in management committees and governance forums Performance Management Set product supply policies across our network Collaborate with Global Franchise teams and other key stakeholders across value streams Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor KPIs Alliance Management Develop joint strategic supply plans with alliance partners Lead supply chain negotiations for Manufacturing and Supply Agreements Represent Sanofi in joint alliance governance forums Team Development Build team capabilities and foster a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement Create a pool of expertise within your Therapeutic Area Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential About You

Qualifications Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field 7+ years of experience in pharmaceutical industry in Supply Chain, Commercial Operations, Demand Management, or Finance Demonstrated experience developing strategies and long-range planning Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning processes Track record of driving change and performance improvement Experience managing financial aspects of supply chain Background in coaching and developing diverse teams Preferred Skills Strategic thinking and scenario modeling capabilities Strong communication and influencing skills Ability to operate effectively in matrix environments Project management expertise Business partnership orientation Continuous improvement mindset International experience in complex environments Why Choose Us?
