50% Troubleshoots and repairs electric lift equipment, conveyor systems, as well as technical, mechanical hydraulic and pheumatic issues where needed. Understands and troubleshoots conveyor operating system logic 20% Performs preventative maintenance as well as necessary modifications on electric lift equipment, conveyor systems and buildings. 10% Provides equipment status report, including details of unusual maintenance problems. 10% Follows all safety guidelines established by manufacturer, Home Depot, or government agencies. Adheres to all safety codes and OSHA standards 10% Maintains safe and clean working environment, performing daily cleanup of work areas Direct Manager/Direct Reports:
This position reports to Area Supervisor. This position has 0 direct reports. Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Physical Requirements:
Must continuously stand or walk or regularly requires lifting/handling/carrying material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds). Working Conditions:
Typically in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors such as temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes which cause noticeable discomfort or a moderate risk of accident or illness. Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on conveyor systems Must be able to work a flexible schedule which may include weekends, evenings, and holidays Minimum Education:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a trade school degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job. Preferred Education:
