Quality Assurance Inspector
Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of mechanical and electronic components. Verify product conformance to specifications using precision measuring tools. Document inspection results and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues. Assist in non-conformance investigations and implement corrective actions. Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with quality policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

Support internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to quality policies and regulatory standards. Essential Skills
Experience in quality assurance and inspection. Proficiency in GMP, visual inspection, and mechanical inspection using calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ability to read blueprints and schematics. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards. Skills in root cause analysis and corrective action reporting. Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), GD&T, ERP systems, lean manufacturing, Microsoft Excel, and CMM. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. Minimum of 23 years of experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with ISO (medical device standards) is a plus. Familiarity with electromechanical assemblies. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
