CNC Programmer II
The CNC Programmer II is responsible for all CNC programs for manufacturing equipment directly impacting the overall performance objectives for the company and compliance to AS9100 and NADCAP requirements and/or division. This position significantly impacts Rexnord's ability in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. This position reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and is a Non-Exempt hourly technical position. Key Accountabilities: Ability to write programs that will machine complex parts to very close tolerances on multiple axes on various machining centers. Horizontal Machining Centers including Macro, sub program and variable programming knowledge. 4 axis lathes, 5 axis lathes, Y axis lathes, and Vertical Machining Centers large and small "Shop Floor" problem solving. Kaizen participation such as SMDE, VSM, 5s Maintain program library's and revision status of program revisions per NADCAP requirements.
