Career Success Reporting And Insights Graduate Assistant

The Career Success Reporting and Insights team's mission is to communicate the benefits of UT by reporting how students' experiences impact their professional development and career outcomes. The Reporting and Insights Graduate Assistant will play a vital role in accomplishing this mission. More specifically, the Graduate Assistant will work with the Director and Associate Director and assist with data collection, cleaning, analyses and visualizations. Researching market trends is also an important aspect of this role to benchmark how Longhorns compare to students at peer institutions. Responsibilities Clean, organize, and manage data through the 12twenty@Texas and other Career Success platform Analyze career data Develop reports and data visualizations to inform Career Success and its stakeholders of various career outcomes and trends Research peer institutions for benchmarking Collect data from external sources Prepare presentations and professional development materials Attend team meetings Document processes for future replication and enhancement Required Qualifications

Graduate student with experience in data coding, analysis and visualization with interest in career outcomes Must be enrolled in at least 9 credit hours, and in good academic standing Advanced skills with Excel and experience with other Microsoft Office suite products Experience with statistical software such as SPSS, SQL, R, etc. Knowledge of social science research and quantitative methods Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, inquisitive nature, collaborative spirit, and initiative-taker Ability to work in a start-up environment, where deadlines and projects evolve Preferred Qualifications

Experience with business intelligence software (Tableau and Power BI) Knowledge of career literature Demonstrated strategic thinking skills Curiosity in AI Salary Range

$25/hour Working Conditions
