Inspire and lead a team of passionate rehab professionals Oversee day-to-day operations of the rehab program while maintaining clinical excellence Collaborate across disciplines to develop and implement individualized care plans Serve as a trusted partner to both community leadership and residents Ensure productivity and compliance without ever losing sight of what matters most: patient success Qualifications
What You Bring:
Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (new grads welcome to apply!) Previous rehab, acute care, or long-term care experience a plus A passion for leadership, teamwork, and high-quality patient care Why Symbria?
