We provide a comprehensive range of high-quality services, including: community living, adult host homes for adults regardless of disability, behavioral/mental health support, in-home pharmacy solutions, telecare and remote support, supported employment and training programs, and day programs. Additional Job Information Must have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals who have challenging behaviors up to but are not limited to physical or verbal aggression, property destruction, manipulation, inaccurate reporting, elopement, paranoia, substance abuse, isolation, and/or self-injury. Must have at least 2 years of experience working with mental health conditions (e.g. bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, ADHD, eating disorder, disruptive disorders, panic disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, antisocial personality disorder, etc.). Experience with therapeutic interventions/EUMR, and de-escalation techniques. Will be working with one individual in a 1:1 type/modified setting. Salary Range USD $21.00 / Hour
