As a Senior Wastewater Treatment, you will be a member of our Global Process Engineering Department engaging on wastewater reclamation projects across BV's Market Sectors of Governments and Environment, Energy and Process Industries, and Connectivity, Commercial and Industry. Functions as a technical specialist or supervisory role. Independently develops and applies advanced engineering techniques, concepts and approaches to unique engineering problems. May supervise engineering staff on projects of medium to high complexity, or serve as a technical specialist providing knowledge and expertise. Staying current on industry trends and client needs to inform growth strategies Supporting the development and implementation of strategy and growth initiatives Participating in thought leadership activities to build BV brand as industry leaders in the implementation of tailored treatment solutions Playing a vital role in business development activities, including pursuit strategy, prepositioning activities, proposal development, and project interviews Serving as technical advisor to design teams and clients throughout project lifecycle of planning, design, construction, startup and commissioning, and operations Driving joint accountability for project execution and safety performance Mentoring and supervising team members to build best-in-class capabilities Building technical bench strength through staff development and recruiting Providing qualifications, technical approach, and selling messages and communicating them in proposals and project interviews Recruiting and developing capabilities to meet business and client needs Provides technical guidance for projects or disciplines Quality/Continuous Improvement: Establishes related processes, promotes a culture that is conducive to quality Supports and may lead continuous improvement, change management, risk management efforts Sharing, Innovation, Technology: Serves as technology leader, is recognized as Company/industry expert within discipline/specialty. Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing. Minimum of 11 years related work experience. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
