Team Lead - IT Solution Build & Operate
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Team Lead to join our IT Solution Build & Operate team. This role will be responsible for leading the technical teams in delivering high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions across our application portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands-on technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset to support business-critical initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of enhancements, bug fixes, and project deliverables Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to define and refine requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies in alignment with team velocity and priorities Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and DevOps practices as outlined in IT SBO Group's DEV COE guidelines Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Coordinate with offshore teams and vendors to ensure seamless integration and support coverage Monitor and report on team performance metrics, quality KPIs, and delivery timelines Work Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or Engineering 10+ years of work experience in software development, with at least 2 years in team leadership or supervisory role Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (.NET, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, etc.) and agile delivery frameworks Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with global delivery models Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Halliburton's internal systems and change management processes Experience with cloud-native application development and CI/CD pipelines Prior exposure to energy industry enterprise systems such as HSE, Corporate Applications, etc Halliburton is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
