Onboarding Sr Analyst

The Onboarding Sr Analyst acts as a support function to the Product Development Team. The Sr Analyst is responsible for executing all aspects of product onboarding (JDE, IDM, Flex) and supplier compliance in their assigned department or category. This individual will ensure execution of work in an efficient, reliable and accurate manner. This associate will work closely with the category manager to align on all project deadlines, ensure data quality is never compromised and communicate effectively with business partners and leaders. The Sr. Analyst will work with various cross functional partners, including, quality, engineering, and compliance teams to complete onboarding and continually seek ways to improve the process and reduce lead time. Key Responsibilities: 10% - Administrative - Administrative tasks of the onboarding team 70% - Business Execution - Execute onboarding activities. 10% - Cross Functional Collaboration - Team planning and cross functional awareness meetings. 10% - Process Improvement - Process improvement work to identify areas of the business to improve. Update documentation to reflect those improvements and changes. Direct Manager/Direct Reports: This position typically reports to the Manager This position has 0 direct reports Travel Requirements: No travel required. Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally permitted to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation Demonstrated project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Minimum Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED. Preferred Education: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
