Lead troubleshooting and advanced repairs of mechanical systems and equipment Perform preventive maintenance tasks to enhance equipment reliability Fabricate or modify components to meet operational specifications Collaborate with plant leadership on maintenance planning and improvements Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts usage, and inspections Qualifications
Advanced mechanical skills with ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues Thorough understanding of industrial safety procedures and best practices Resourcefulness and adaptability in dynamic operational environments Proven ability to interpret technical diagrams and maintenance documentation Strong team player with initiative and effective communication Conditions of Employment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. Compensation And Benefits
