The Floating-Rate Loan team's extensive experience across all market cycles has enabled them to fine-tune their approach of conducting robust fundamental credit research and risk-weighted portfolio optimization. The Floating-Rate Loan team's risk-focused process seeks to maximize the risk-adjusted performance for investors. Stepping into a newly created role on the Floating-Rate Loans team, the Executive Director and Portfolio Analyst will be directly responsible for providing analytical support to the team's portfolio managers and traders. You will work in close partnership with portfolio management, research and trading on the management and implementation of the strategies across the Bank Loan business. This is a multi-faceted role, supporting the team across portfolio oversight and implementation, performance and attribution analytics and reporting, risk management, as well as data, analytics and quantitative support. What You Will Own Develop knowledge of all Bank Loan products, funds, mandates expectations and constraints. Ensure the Portfolio Management team's views are properly implemented across the Loan funds and client accounts. Quarterly Strategy review focused on performance, attribution and positioning relative to targets Monitor portfolio recommendations and maintain model portfolios for various accounts. Assist trading and portfolio managers in maintaining targeted cash balanced and leverage targets. Ensure risks taken in the portfolios are deliberate, diversified and appropriately scaled. Monitor portfolio risk decomposition and risk positioning (ex-post and ex-ante). Develop, generate, and interpret performance and attribution analysis reports. Develop a high level of understanding of account restrictions and compliance rules to optimize strategy implementation. Develop and deliver competitive analysis for bank loan accounts across different strategies

mutual funds, ETFs, Closed End funds, etc. Partner with compliance, marketing, risk management, legal or other teams on any requests Work closely with stakeholders on ad hoc data projects Support implementation of new and existing regulations (e.g. SEC Liquidity 22e-4 and Derivatives 18f-4 Rules). Assist in Board reporting, including risk/performance focused presentations and metrics. What You Will Bring To The Role Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in performance and attribution reporting, across various strategies and products Expertise in fixed income, including structured products and derivatives Comprehensive knowledge of asset management, portfolio accounting, and performance and attribution methodologies Demonstrated quantitative and problem-solving abilities Proven ability to communicate effectively, lead discussions, present results, and influence stakeholders Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills; ability to navigate and thrive in a matrixed, global organization.
