Soccer Shots is looking for dedicated and fun coaches to teach classes for 2-8-year-olds in the Lockport area and surrounding cities. We are looking for confident coaches who love youth sports and aren't afraid to be fun and connect with children. Soccer experience is not required, but an ability to connect with children is. Benefits: 401(k) Competitive salary Employee discounts Flexible schedule Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Training & development Compensation: $20 per hour with room for advancement for dedicated and proven reliable coaches. Part-time flexible schedule with the ability to schedule around family, school, and other jobs. A coach is paid $15/hour while training and $20/hour once training is complete. Training usually lasts 1-3 weeks, depending on a coach's availability and ability to understand our curriculum. Performance raises are given after two completed seasons for dedicated and reliable coaches. Room for advancement. Soccer Shots provides the equipment and curriculum needed to run a successful class. Our coaches and leadership team will train and provide support throughout the season. The ideal applicant must meet the following criteria: Consistent availability throughout the fall season. A love of educating children and making a difference in their lives. Reliable and always on time. A coach rarely calls off of work. High energy, confident, respectful, and fun. Excellent communication with our leadership team, parents, and directors. Good physical stamina as you could be running, kneeling, and squatting on a field for up to 3 hours. Coaches must be able to carry an equipment bag that contains 14 balls, nets, and more. Reliable transportation Pass a background check Lives within 20 minutes of the area and is available for multiple seasons.
